How to solve “Netflix is currently unavailable try again later” issue on Apple TV
You may come across an error message that states “Netflix is currently unavailable try again later” on Apple TV when you try to access the streaming service. It is likely that you get the error message due to issues with the software or because of internet connectivity issues. You can try the below methods to get it resolved and enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix without issues.
Press the menu button and the down button at the same time and hold them until the led on the Apple TV starts to flash. Release the buttons and the Apple TV will restart. This should get rid of the error message and allow you to watch content on Netflix.
The issue may be caused because of problems with Netflix. Go to Settings on Apple TV, then General and Restart. Then open Netflix again.
Type 184.108.40.206 or 192.168.1.254 to open the network broadband settings. The address will depend on the internet service provider you use. Go to broadband settings and look for IPv6. Disable it, if it is enabled. Then restart the Apple TV.

- Check your network settings to confirm that your DNS IP address is right on Apple TV.
- Log out of Netflix on Apple TV. Then restart the router & Apple TV. Sign into Netflix and on your Apple TV go to Settings, followed by General, then Reset and Reset All Settings.
